The third event in the Elevate: Franklin Business Series brought a room full of local business leaders, owners and professionals together for an evening of honest insights and practical thinking on leadership.
We were privileged to hear from TPT Group Founder and CEO Mike Marr, who shared lessons from his many years in business and leadership, including the importance of building strong teams, creating the right culture and, most importantly, valuing your people.
Mike covered a lot of ground throughout the evening, from Level 5 Leadership and finding your Moonshot, through to legacy — challenging us to think not only about what we want to achieve, but the kind of leader we want to be along the way.
His experience and approach to leadership have been recognised through the Blake Leadership Award, and it was fantastic to hear the stories and lessons behind that experience.
